First, principle & performance and application

Principle & performance: When the temperature of controlled object change, the working medium within the temperature sensitive part of thermostat will expand when heated and contract when cooled, changing by the size of working medium. Connected with temperature sensitive part, the capsule will expand or contract. Based on lever principle, this product achieves thermostatic purpose by putting switch in motion. WZ series liquid expansion type thermostat has such features as accurate temperature control, stable and reliable, small on/off temperature difference, wide temperature range, big overload current, etc.

Application: This product is mainly applied to temperature control appliances, like household electrical appliance industry (shower, roller washer, fan heater), electric heating equipment (fully-automatic stainless steel water boiler, electric heating frying-pan, griddles, electric oven, food machinery, armamentarium), refrigeration industry (kitchen freezer, refrigeration cabinet, refrigeration storage, ice machine, fishpond, beverage cooler, warming machine), etc.

Six,Notice:

1. Customers can order type and size according to their products’ features and their needed temperature for control.
2. When installing thermostat, temperature sensor should closely adhere to temperature-controlled surface so as to control temperature accurately.
3. To avoid influence its performance, temperature sensor can not be deformed by press. 
4. Don’t let conductive gas or material enter into thermostat or pollute its surface, which will influence electrical insulation performance.
5. M4 machine tap of installing bracket can not be overlong. Otherwise it will destroy thermostat performance.
6. As a electric ceramic part, switch box should be handled with care to avoid damage.
7. The bend radius of capillary tube should not less than 5mm.
